The reason I've been so busy (and happy!) these past two weeks will probably shock a lot of you. John and I tied the knot March 18th and have been busy moving him in with me. I'm not pregnant or anything, this is totally out of love. His and my parents and us all drove down to the courthouse and had just a simple ceremony, nothing fancy, but it was wonderful, and I had my mother's wedding band. I've never cared about anyone more in my life and am so excited to spend the rest of my life with him.

John is going to finish up his sophomore year of college in May and joining the Army in September, after my birthday. I'll be taking summer classes and graduating a semester early so I can get a job, and by the summer of 2007 we'll be moving onto an Army base together wherever they place us :)

My mom took pictures with the film camera during the actual ceremony, and we are still getting those developed. Here are some digital pictures we have. I'm sorry I didn't post them earlier, I've been too busy :)
