It hurt more than I expected it too, because all the testimonials I read online were like "IT DIDN'T HURT AT ALLLL" so I was like, "oh, it won't be a big deal" But the piercer was like "THIS WILL HURT" and it was a sharp pain, but it was really quick and now it is just tender. )

It didn't hurt John at all, but he has a very high pain tolerance. My mom got one in the same spot a few years ago and said it was very painful.

Funny tidbit: If his tattoo said "Caelitus mihi viros" it would literally translate into "my men come from heaven." :D
